Situated on two lots at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this expansive custom home lies within the double-gated, luxurious Puerto Los Cabos community of Fundadores. Designed for entertaining and group gatherings, Casa Kokomo accommodates 16+ guests and features two private pickleball courts, an infinity pool and jacuzzi, cozy outdoor fireplaces, a spacious palapa, and multiple outdoor lounging and dining areas—all set against a breathtaking backdrop of ocean and golf course views.
Modern comforts include a whole-house water filtration system, washer/dryer, high-speed mesh Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system throughout the property, and U.S. television access in every room. EXCLUSIVE MEMBER ONLY PRIVATE BEACH CLUB
Guests of Casa Kokomo enjoy access to the exclusive, members-only Fundadores Beach Club—just a short ride away by golf cart (provided with your stay) or a scenic stroll down the 8th fairway. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the club features an oceanfront infinity pool and jacuzzi, a beachside lounge area (note: water is non-swimmable), and full-service dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
A fully equipped, air-conditioned gym is available to guests after 12:00 PM daily. Additional amenities include complimentary yoga classes, spa services, and a beach bar perfect for sunset cocktails with Fundadores homeowners and guests.
You have full access to the facilities at the Member only Beach Club.
The Beach Club is about 500m from the house. It has a large pool and separate hot tub with ample lounge chairs. It's a great place for the kids to hang out and have fun.
