Casa Kokomo is a private luxury estate in the gated Fundadores community of Puerto Los Cabos, offering panoramic ocean views and expansive indoor-outdoor living designed for private group stays. The estate features a heated infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the Sea of Cortez, a pool palapa with swim-up bar and outdoor lounge, and a grand palapa with a full outdoor kitchen and large group dining area. Guests enjoy exclusive access to private pickleball courts with equipment and ball machine included, along with multiple outdoor terraces, fire pit lounges, and gathering spaces designed for relaxation and entertaining. The villa offers six private suites, eleven beds, and accommodations for up to sixteen guests. Interiors are fully air-conditioned and supported by high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with U.S. channels, whole-home filtered water, and daily housekeeping for a seamless and comfortable stay. Optional hospitality services are available upon request, including private chef and bartender service, concierge planning, airport and transportation coordination, pre-arrival grocery stocking, and in-villa spa and wellness services.
